The Operations department strives to deliver excellent service to our organization and we believe this position is key to that commitment.
We are seeking an organized thinker who is not afraid of details, seemingly mundane and occasionally repetitive tasks yet able to switch swiftly to other tasks possibly in succession.
Because this role will be to serve the other teams at Pine Cove and assist them in being successful, it's important that we find a strong communicator (both written and verbal) and someone with a deep desire for delivering excellent customer service.
Job Description:
Job PurposeThis position works alongside the Maintenance Team under the supervision of the Director of Facilities.
This position will assist with preventative and corrective maintenance of the facilities, machinery, and programmatic assets in the region.
This position requires a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical skills.
This position will be required to use a wide variety of tools and equipment to fulfill duties, and will also be expected to perform duties with utmost safety while completing assigned work orders effectively and efficiently.

Job ResponsibilitiesHandles the process and follow-up with work orders through the maintenance assistance program.
Assists with annual preventative maintenance of facilities.
Oversees proper stewarding of fleet, materials, and tools.
Participate in the On Call rotation with the maintenance team.
Responsible for other tasks as directedJob QualificationsAgrees with and exhibits behaviors in accordance with the Pine Cove Statement of FaithMaintain compliance with all Pine Cove policies and procedures during employment including the Staff Policy HandbookMaintain compliance with all state and federal lawsMust establish and maintain professional working relationships with employees, managers, and external constituents, including demonstrating consistent Speed of Trust behaviorsIs self-motivated with a desire to serve and do all things with excellenceAdjusts to changes in environment or schedule while maintaining a joyful attitudePossess current driver's license and able to drive company vehicles as neededMinimum of 1 year of experience in hardware, machinery, and/or constructionBasic knowledge of at least 2-3 trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, or weldingAbility to follow through on assignments and attention to detailPine Cove exists to be used by God to transform the lives of people for His purposes and His glory!
