Your specific duties as an Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer will include:??



  • Modify existing routers and bills as appropriate.

  • Create operator TPM process.

  • Reduce setup times and lead times.

  • Improve product quality.

  • Conduct time studies.

  • Drive EHS improvements

  • Heat Treat

  • Chemical Processing

  • Non-destructive Testing

  • Welding

  • Value Stream Lead Time Reductions

  • Value Stream Quality DPPM

  • Capital Expenditures

  • Value Stream OTD/BTS

  • Plant Scrap Improvements

  • Nadcap Certifications


Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer


Job Requirements


As an Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.



  • Associates or finishing Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Materials)

  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Some manufacturing engineering experience with knowledge in lean principles and Six Sigma methodology

  • Six Sigma Black belt preferred
