Part Time Sr. Customer Assistance Rep

Overview


Enterprise is looking for a Sr. CAR (Sr. Customer Assistance Representative) to assist with administrative responsibilities. The position will be based out of 86 N. Fairview Rd, Lavonia, GA 30553
The Sr. CAR will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers primarily via the phone, in addition to administrative support.
This position has a starting salary of $12. 00/hour with a maximum of 25 hours per week.
This is a part time position and the shifts we are looking to fill are as follows:
Monday: 7:00AM - 6:00PM
Friday: 7:00AM - 6:00PM
Saturday: 8:30AM - 12:30PM

Responsibilities

  • Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors
  • Make outgoing calls- callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned
  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs primarily over the phone
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Provide directions and general assistance
  • Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
  • Process returns and check-ins
  • May assist with or perform customer pick-ups in a safe and courteous manner
  • Notify Management of any known customer problems
  • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
  • Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Must have an Associate degree or above OR be currently enrolled in a degree program
    • Must have at least 1 year prior customer service or customer facing administrative support experience
    • Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
    • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
    • Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 45 minutes to the location from your residence
    • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work one of the following schedule(s):

      Monday: 7:00AM - 6:00PM

      Friday: 7:00AM - 6:00PM

      Saturday: 8:30AM - 12:30PM

    • Must be willing to accept $12/hour as a starting pay



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
